Program Details
Refuel focuses on building a healthier, more intuitive relationship between your body and food—one that supports nourishment, regulation, and pleasure rather than restriction or burnout.
We begin with a comprehensive exploration of your health history, lifestyle, dietary patterns, stress levels, and other key indicators of wellbeing. From there, we co-create a customized wellness plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your unique physiology and life season.
- One 60-minute Comprehensive Intake Session
- Two 45-minute Follow-Up Coaching Sessions
- Review and interpretation of laboratory data (if applicable)
- A personalized nutrition & wellness plan
- Holistic coaching to support long-term integration
I understand that meaningful change doesn’t happen overnight. Rebuilding trust with your body—and creating lasting habits—takes time. For this reason, clients can expect a minimum of two months of coaching to establish, assess, and refine new lifestyle patterns for sustainable results.
